Please read all of the following terms carefully before using this platform. By opening an account or using pok99's services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

Important Notice: These terms form a legal agreement between pok99 ("Platform") and you, the user ("you" or "Member"). By using the Platform, you are giving your consent to be bound by all of these terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and funds may be confiscated. Attempting to create multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify pok99's support team immediately.

  • Use a strong password made up of a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Change your password regularly.
  • Always log out after using a public device.
  • Do not click on any phishing links.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pok99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These mobile financial services allow you to complete transactions quickly and securely. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The following limits apply to each transaction:

  • Minimum deposit: ৳300 (three hundred taka) — for all methods.
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional verification may be required in some cases, which can take longer.

4.4 Account Verification

Before processing large withdrawals, pok99 may request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify your identity. This process is necessary to ensure the security of your account and to prevent money laundering.

Notice: Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 — bonus winnings can be withdrawn after completing this wagering amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • The same bonus offer applies to an account once only.
  • If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • pok99 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made if wagering on bonus funds has not been completed.
  • Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Decisions

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. All betting decisions are considered final. If a bet is affected by a technical error, pok99 reserves the right to void it.

6.2 Game Results

All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. Game results are independent, and previous results do not affect subsequent results.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows you to place bets on various sporting events. If an event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned. In the case of disputed results, pok99's decision will be considered final.

6.4 Responsible Gaming

pok99 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. A break feature ("cooling-off") and self-exclusion are also available.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Any such violation will result in the account being suspended or permanently closed:

  • Creating an account using another person's identity.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse or manipulation ("bonus hunting").
  • Using software bots or automation tools.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
  • Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

  • Harassing other members using hateful or offensive language.

pok99 reserves the right to forfeit any winnings obtained through prohibited activities and to zero out an account's balance.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the pok99 website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and games — is protected by its respective rights holders. No member or third party may reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose without the prior written consent of pok99.

Game software is supplied by various providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, and is protected under their respective intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

pok99 accepts no liability for the following:

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure at the Member's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance in your account must be withdrawn before the request is processed.

11.2 Closure at pok99's Initiative

pok99 may temporarily or permanently close your account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Suspicion of money laundering.
  • Providing false information.
  • Harassing other members.

In the event of a terms violation, the account balance may be confiscated.

Changes to Terms

pok99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Where changes are significant, we will endeavour to give members advance notice.

Continued use of the Platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute related to these terms or the service will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.

If any dispute arises between pok99 and a member, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, arbitration or other appropriate legal means will be followed.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
